chicken soup

Ingredients:
● 1 Chicken
● 1 Fresh ginseng
● 60 g Rice
● 20 g pearl barley
● 1 Garlic
● 20 g Jujube
● Some salt
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp chicken powder
Directions:
1.Wash chicken to dry. Ginseng half section.
2.Pearl barley and glutinous rice soak dry ,and then put them and the ginseng slice in the plne, add seasoning and then into chicken belly inside, use a needle.
3.The chicken transpose in the vacuum pot, infuse water within the skip chicken, remaining Ginseng and jujube to boil it, use medium heat to boil for about 30 minutes, then covered and move into the vacuum pot.
4.About 2 hours, add salt, and cook for another 15 minutes, sprinkle with garlic.
