Coffee Almond Cakes
Ingredients:
50g   flour
1g   baking powder
15g   unsalted butter
100g   egg
35g   sugar
2g   instant coffee powder
20g   water

little   almonds
little   jam

Directions:
1.Combine flour and baking powder and sift. Dissolve coffee powder in water. Melt butter over hot water.
2.Whisk egg and sugar in the bowl, mix in coffee liquid, fold in flour and butter to combine quickly. Pour into cake moulds to 80% full.
3.Lower the temperature of the oven to 180℃ and bake at 12 to 15 minutes.
4.When baked, leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn the cakes and cool over wire rack.
5.Decorate the top with almond brushed with jam.
