Pan Fried Tofu

Ingredients:
2 packs tofu
1.8kg peanut oil
Seasoning:
75g flour
75g corn flour
75g rice flour

1 tbsp chicken powder
1 tsp Shichimi
little pepper salt
little Worcestershire

Directions:
1.Mix the seasonings well. Set aside.
2.Evenly divide the tofu into 16 pieces.
3.Coat the tofu with seasonings thoroughly.
4.Heat oil in a wok to medium heat. Turn down the fire to low heat. Fry the tofu one by one until golden brown.
5.Serve with pepper salt and Worcestershire sauce.
